—今日はどうやって来られたんですか？
—How did you come here today?
新幹線で新下関駅まで行って、電車で下関駅まで出ました。そしてここへはバスで来ました。
We went to Shin-Shimonoseki Station by Shinkansen, changed to local train and went to Shimonoseki station.And we came by bus here.
—広島から新幹線でどのくらいですか？
—How long does it takeZ from Hiroshima to here on the Shinkansen?
広島の端に住んでいるので4時間くらいですね。
It is about 4 hours because we live in the end of Hiroshima.
—意外と遠いんですね！(驚き)
—Oh! It is farther than I thought!
—今回なぜ下関を訪れたんですか？よく来られるんですか？
—Why did you come Shimonoseki this time? Do you often come here?
下関は、初めてきました。唐戸市場に行きたかったんです。お寿司、とっても美味しかったですよ。
We came to Shimonoseki for the first time. We wanted to go to the Karato fish market.Sushi was so delicious.
—何を見てここを知りましたか？
—How did you find out about this place?
マップルというガイドブックを本屋さんで買いました。
I bought a guidebook named Mapple with a bookstore.
—他に何か食べる予定ですか？
—Are you planning on eating something else?
瓦そばか、ふぐを食べたいです。
I’d like to eat Tile Kawara-soba or Blow fish.
—瓦そば美味しいですよ！下関では家庭でも作って食べる程です。
—Kawara-soba is delicious! In Shimonoseki, we make it at home and eat it.
家でも瓦に乗せるんですか？
Do you put it on Kawara at home too?
—うちはマンションで、瓦が無いので、フライパンに乗せて食べちゃいます。笑(一軒家でもしません、すみません。)
I eat it on a frying pan. because I live in apartment and there is no Kawara, haha…(sorry,anyone don’t use Kawara in houses.)
—第一ホテルに泊まっているなら、ホテルから出てすぐの、魚正本陣という居酒屋は、おススメです。瓦そばやふぐが楽しめます。
If you stay at the Shimonoseki Daiichi hotel,We recommend nearby Izakaya “Uomasa-Honjin “. You can eat Kawara-soba& Blow fish.

海響館に行きます。赤間神宮も近いようなので行ってみたいです。
We will go to the Kaikyokan. Akama Shrine also seems to be close, so I’d love to go.
—門司港は行かれますか？すぐそこの連絡船で、5分で行けますよ！
—Are you going to Mojiko? Its takes 5 minits by ferry boat.
へぇ、そうなんですか？明日行ってみようかな。

観光地にしては、観光客が多からず少なからず、見やすくて、良いですね。
For sightseeing spots, there are not a lot of tourists, not a little, it is easy to see.
